Make sure you get your check in details the morning of your arrival, and if you don’t receive them early that morning, make sure you start reaching out to the property quickly as there are no on-site attendants to assist you except during the breakfast. "I had 2 questions for the male clerks. Both answered immediately and precisely. Breakfast was a nice variety and great quality. They replenished when low on items. Everything functioned in the hotel as it should."

"Bed sheets were not changed.When I tried to contact manager call went to voicemail. Property advertized free complimentary drink for guests but when I tried to get it with my wife at first they say OK but later after we finished our drinks bartender asked to pay for it."

"Very miss leading. Photos show larger cabin, when it was a small one that we were actually put into. This would have been fine had there been a working toilet, shower that got warmer than luke warm, and a bed that was softer than the ground. The smell of cat pee throughout the cabin and mildew in the bathroom didn’t make a 300$+ stay any better. Definitely don’t recommend. Wouldn’t go back unless the cabins actually had some minimal fixing up and cleaned to a higher standard."

"Great location, unfortunately weather was bad and couldn't not really go anywhere to explore. TV remote stopped working and host was supposed to respond as I called and she didn't call back. No tv and couldn't really leave. Had to leave a day early as more rain was coming and not much to do in the house. Part of town was closed due to weather"

"At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. "

"Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again."
