"I loved the courtesy and efficiency of the valet and front desk staff. My family and my dog were made welcome immediately even though we checked in a few minutes early. I have to say the architecture and decor were the most beautiful of the hiltons I have stayed in so far. Each hilton provided the same consistent amenities and snack shop. This one has a restaurant available so we enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were out most of the day so we didnt have the opportunity to try the other meal...

"The air conditioner didn't work properly. The room stayed around 80 degrees all night. There was no shampoo in the container and only 1 tissue in the box. When I told the guy at the desk about these problems during checkout, he seemed uninterested and didn't say he was sorry or anything. We won't be staying at that location again."

"Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

"Room 212 was so much bigger and nicer than expected. I didn’t arrive until 3am. They accommodated me. We stayed at a luxury hotel in New Orleans the next day. All I could think about was how much nicer this was in comparison. Your hotel even offered Dove soap products. 10/10. Will always stay here."

"General manager was very helpful and personal. Room was clean except for water in bottom of fridge from freezer section. Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers."

We only received two single towels to share between the two of us that were staying in the room. There were no toiletries except for the toilet paper that was on the toilet paper holder. The microwave was rusty around the frame when you open the door. There were no utensils, plates or pots, no coffee maker. We needed to use the Dryer to dry two pieces of...
