"not good management"

"Postage stamp sized room. Booked a queen size room on Expedia, was given a small room which barely had room around the bed. Never again. Hotel was generally clean and well presented, but the size of the room was ridiculous."

The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."

Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind...
