"We stayed in a Crown Queen room. Check- in was quick but thorough details about amenities were provided. They even gave us a map of things to see/do in Halifax. Hotel location was close to all we wanted to see & we could easily drive to the waterfront. We enjoyed our accommodations that we extended our stay. "We absolutely loved this hotel on our last night in Halifax! It was immaculate all round, the room was beautiful with 2 gorgeous chandeliers, fine bedding linens, very comfy pillows, extremely clean, modern with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with a view of the city. I loved the fact that all the bath products were L'Occitaine...great choice. We felt really pampered staying here and it was in a great location where we could walk to everything nearby. "Everything was good during our stay. The M club and Harbourstone food was amazing. The best part was that the property is right on the boardwalk, so taking a stroll or sitting harbour side is as simple as stepping outside the door of your hotel. There wasn't a thing I didn't like! Lovely place."

"Just needed a place to sleep for a night and this was the most affordable place with two beds in a room. Had to pay for parking to avoid a ticket or leave before 8am on a weekday. "I had house flies in the room, staff wasn’t much of a help as they sent someone to find the flies? Plus the room cleaning is every 2 days so wouldn’t recommend the property for a longer stay. Staff wasn’t much not very unhelpful but could do better; definitely not very friendly/supportive. Hotel room was good, but it was all pretty basic, wouldn’t stay again."
