"The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. The rooms are built into the side of the hill, with wooden doors and windows openingnupmon the view - so tjink more like a challet (or lodge!) than fancynjotel room. "Séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel avec une vue à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est incroyablement situé, juste au dessus de la voie de chemin de fer, et à 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale d'Ella (ça grimpe pour revenir par contre). Superbe piscine, au calme et profitant de la vue. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Les plats sont délicieux (parfois épicés, on est au Sri Lanka), ils servent aussi des cocktails, des lassi etc, et on a eu la chance d'inaugurer le stand de glaces ! Et le top du top...

"we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this."

"Wunderschöne Unterkunft, ideal für eine Gruppe von 6 Leuten. Das Staff war super lieb und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld via WhatsApp hat sehr gut funktioniert. Besonderes Highlight ist der Blick von der großen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist nicht direkt in Ella. Wir sind mit unseren TukTuks ca 40 Minuten nach Ella gefahren. Sofern man keine eigenes Fahrzeug hat, sollte man beachten, dass PickMe frühzeitig zu bestellen. "

"This place is magical! Truly a stay in the jungle. There’s no road to the cabin so the last part you have to walk on the railway. However the staff were really helpful and carried our suitcases the whole way - so do recommend to pack lightly. The place was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend! "
