"Room was clean and update. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff tried to meet all needs as possible.There was always someone on the floor to ensure all is well. Great customer service! Breakfast, a wide variety..continental, Chinese and Caribbean/Guyanese dishes. There was one slight problem Sunday morning breakfast overcrowded (06/21/2026), some guests staying at hotel was locked out from breakfast area although paid in hotel charges for daily breakfast. I think management need to fix this issue and make some arrangements/plan that their guests have the availability to daily Breakfast which comes along with their stay. Other than that issue, I think cleanliness, hospitality, location and meals are great! Looking forward to staying here again."
