"clean room. friendly staff"

"Check-in was 3;00, but we arrived two hours early. Our room was ready, but we were charged $20 if we wanted it right then. We took it because there isn't anything else to do in Berlin. We checked out two hours early the next day and received nothing. The fellow was not knowledgeable about Berlin at all. Rooms are small and stuffy. Because the window was warped, we couldn't open it. Bathroom amenities were 3/4 of an ounce each of shampoo and conditioner, a bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper...

"The double bed rooms are spacious & the owner was helpful when I had a problem."

"The b&b was lovely. The owners were so nice and very accommodating! The breakfast was fabulous! I came up for business this time but will bring my husband next time! There will definitely be a next time!"

"The home was beautiful with plenty of outdoor areas to sit. The breakfasts were delicious, the bed was comfortable, and Candace and Paul were wonderful hosts. Would definitely stay again."

"Very clean, cozy & great beautiful area... Had everything we needed...thank you❤️❤️"

"I did not get the room I reserved, it was loud , smelled horrible, the staff was rude, I left at 3 am I was so u comfortable. The bed was on a metal lifter that made noise everytime I moved, the air conditioner was like a jet engine. Do not recommend!"
