"The location for this motel is great for visiting the Ark Encounter. There’s also a Mexican restaurant across the street. Its street presence isn’t the greatest since there’s a torn up restaurant in the parking lot which may deter some. It’s a common motel so not fancy but sufficient with a continental breakfast, very helpful staff and off the street enough to be quiet. Our bed was comfortable, bathroom had had some repairs, hot shower and vinyl flooring. There’s more restaurants in town...

"The Inn is indeed of complete remodeling. Only thing updated was the flooring. Whatever the motel uses for deoderizing is horrible! My eyes burned, had to open the window and turn on fan to rid the odor ( took a couple hours). If someone has severe allergies to perfumes, etc they would have had need of an epi pen. Holes noted in walls, toilet paper holder had been broken, leaving a hole in wall, the exhaust fan was displaced and a small spider was living at the top of it. Noted a dead...

"Good cheap place to stay, especially if you only plan to sleep there. Overall property was clean and easy to find, gas station was a 2min walk away for snacks and whatnot. There is a 15% off at the restuarant Nobles, if you stay at the Inn. Staff were all super friendly and answer questions/phone calls quickly. Property needs updating and cleaning practices could be better, the sheets on the bed had strains on them, but I always take my own blankets anyway. Some outlets worked some didn't,...
