"Rooms are clean and beautiful, staff was amazing and helpful at every interval of our vacation."

"Great place to stay. John and his mother were really nice and different breakfast everyday which was great. Would definitely stay there again if I go to that area again."

"Cute little cabin that made the start of our trip a memorable one. Has everything you need for a carefree stay while in the Champlain area."

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. This place should be torn down and condemned. I checked in at 5 and my room wasn't ready. They put me in a 2 queen room which is not what I booked. It smelled like cigarettes badly. asked for another room. The from desk girl argued with me and told me I couldn't get a Noon checkout That place should be condemned and torn down."

"The breakfast is insufficient. Our bathroom's commode was moving."

"Clean and well maintained property. Large pool. Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended. Close to several restaurants and shopping."

"Both rooms were worn out and smelly and bathrooms not clean properly saw dead spider hanging in the corner of bath tub. Asked for a blanket and the blanket they gave me was not comfortable at all!"

"Very pleasant stay! King suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only thing that could be improved is the lighting (better / brighter bulbs); but otherwise it was fine. Common areas were clean, and staff was very friendly & helpful. Will be happy to stay here again!"
