"El Hotel y los servicios muy buenos le falta un poco de mantenimiento a la fachada, y probablemente quitarlas alfombras que no son del todo limpias, en general lo considero muy bueno"

"The unit was perfect! Clean, modern and fully equipped. We very much enjoyed our apartment. One queen bed, 1 single in one small room and 2 singles in the third bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (we were given a clothes horse to dry our laundry); large bathroom with a tub. Big living room/dining room with smart tv. Small downsides: The property as a whole is a little run down and it’s on the 3rd floor of a walk up. Once we walked through and up the unit was great!"

"Undergoing renovations during my stay so have to reserve judgement a bit. Room was clean and comfortable and small things do matter. Hot chocolate and biscuits were a much appreciated extra that I wasn’t expecting. WiFi worked fine for me and breakfast was good. "

"Check in was a bit challenging. First person not as helpful but second person was excellent so depending on who you get breakfast was good with hot and cold. Room was basic but had noisy neighbours and thin walls. Room clean. Location was the greatest feature! Would stay again"

"The bar staff need some serious training, terrible service on Saturday evening , staff looked like university students clueless and zero customer service The room was ok, lots of fluff and dust under the bed, no I didn't deliberately check, I dropped something and saw it, the shower cubicle needs a good scrub too! And no fridge in the room!"

"We have stayed at Away resorts many times, this tie we stayed at 6 Tribeco, Whitecliff Bay holiday Park in my mind is a middle of the road resort and only as good as the staff that operate it, the property we stay in had not been cleaned that well, we don't have pets, however this property had also previously had pets there, when looking at the patio doors I could see where a Dog had been there possibly for quiet some time as there were lots of paw prints on the window and at the height of the...
