They were helping to come for checked in for me . Because they sent the code for check in to me by email. The room was so cleaned and comfortable. I can see the lake closer. "Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. I don’t recommend bringing large suitcases as there are two flights of steep stairs. We ate a quick meal there when we arrived and before we left and were satisfied both time. "This is a top hotel for the town and very nice. We stayed here for the pool and waterfront but only ended up going in the lake which was beautiful. We loved how there was a bar and lounge chairs, although I wish they had service so we didn’t have to go to the bar ourselves. The buffet breakfast stood out as 10/10. The location is great and the staff were helpful. The only bad thing was the decor was a little weird."

"It was in a great location with a short walk to their lake front swimming area. It would have been helpful to have a ceiling fan in the room with the heatwave since there was no AC. They provided 1 fan, but since we had a triple that left our child without a fan. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the included breakfast was great!"

"Der Check in war sehr einfach durchzuführen. Hierzu können die Portale im EG verwendet werden. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die Ausstattung ebenfalls in einwandfreiem Zustand. Eine Klimaanlage wäre super gewesen, deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten kann man wirklich nicht meckern."
