"Under construction. Very noisy. You can hear people talking all night. Basic hotel no amenities. No housekeeping. Have to hunt down housekeeping for towels and more toilet paper."

"The room smelled like cigarettes. The hotel desperately needs remodeling"

"This hotel was terrible ,very dirty . The Outside just looks ok, run down. The room was dirty, the air conditioner filter were so dirty when we turned it on a bunch of dirt blew out and when we looked at the Filters they have not been cleaned in 6 months or more & were covered in fur, the bath room there was blood and fecal matter by the side of the toilet , there was a ceiling supply fan cover that was dirty should not be there if you have a Ptac heating and cooling wall unit. This place is...

"Was better than last place we stayed when in town."

"My sister and I like this LaQuinta because it’s clean and it’s halfway through our trip, so we use it both ways. The breakfast is satisfactory. I was disappointed to hear that my favorite staff member, Lisa, had her hours cut. She is such a pleasant desk person. It is nice to have staff that speak English well. The others I have to listen VERY hard to understand what they are saying. Both on the phone and at the desk."

"Great"

"My first time staying at a Red Roof and it was awesome. Friendly staff and clean rooms."

"Stayed 4 nights and did not have my room cleaned once. I even asked for extra wash cloths and said I made my bed just exchange towels. When I got back that evening nothing was done had to go get clean towels to take shower."

"The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."

"No heat. Had a portable heater. Took 10 minutes to get hot water. Toilet did not flush completely. Bed was very comfy "

"The elevator was broken for the whole stay so we had to take the stairs. The rooms smelled like mold."

"We did not stay over. We drove in and took one look around and left. Unfortunately, this is a very scary place not meant for a family. I knew it was an inexpensive motel when we reserved (absolutely nothing else in the area was available) however, what we saw was shocking. The man working the desk was nice enough to process a refund as we weren't there 5 minutes. Didn't make it to the rooms. Drove another 45 minutes out of town to get to another hotel."
