"Anbieter verlangt zum Check-In erneut die Kreditkartendaten, angeblich für Kaution. Er schickt aber keine ordentliche Email, sondern nur ein HTML-File über den Chat. Für den Check-In wird außerdem ein Foto vom Ausweis und eine Gesichtserkennung benötigt. Dann bekommt man den Code für das Schlüsselfach. Das WLAN-Passwort auch, aber das ist falsch. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Satellitenschüssel nachjustieren, kein ARD+ZDF. Oder Fernseher für Streaming von ARD und ZDF einrichten. Aber...

"Really close to super markets and stores. Property is a little dated and parking was on the street. Rooms were updated and garden area was nice. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly."

"Ein wirklich sehr schönes und gemütliches Hotel, wir waren hier vor Ort um die Therme in Nürnberg zu besuchen (20min) Fahrzeit nur entfernt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und man merkt sofort das dies ein famielengeführter Betrieb ist. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sprechen für sich. :)) Wir waren durch und durch zufrieden und kommen für den nächsten Besuch selbstverständlich wieder hierher"

"Never stayed here before - and only stayed one night. Booked one of the "comfort-rooms". The room was newly renovated - and very clean! Lovely people at the reception and in the breakfast area. The breakfast doesn't have too much options, but definitely covered my needs. They also offered to make scrambled eggs. Great service, quite area, nice clean rooms. Can recommend! "

"A very quaint hotel with great facilities. The pool was small but clean and the sauna too. Food cooked by the owner was excellent and breakfast was lovely with fresh bread and jams. "
