"The airport transfer worked fairly well, it wasn’t waiting for me on arrival but a quick phone call and it turned up. It was waiting at the set time to return to the airport.
I was able to check in a little early which was nice/appreciated and I think the hotel is in a good location for a couple of nights in Addis."

The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers"

"I booked two family rooms for our stay, but the overall experience did not match the price. One of our rooms did not have a phone to order room service, and we were provided with insufficient towels and no face towels. Having visited several other countries, I have received much better service and amenities for this exact same price point. The cost simply does not match the level of room amenities provided. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the breakfast, which included a great selection of...
