"The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and was completely unlivable\. There were stains on the bed and walls, the bathtub was filthy, and the floors were buckled from what appeared to be water damage\. It was a horrible experience. We did not stay at the property because of the conditions\. We immediately requested a refund, but have not received a response yet\. We had to find another place to stay at our own expense. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

I traveled 14 hours for a family members funeral and was very disappointed upon arrival to this facility. It was infested with bugs. The clerk at the desk kept saying I can give you another room as if bugs don't travel. I asked the desk clerk to cancel my reservation and he refused.
