"For some reason I could only rate 4*’s for each section when if allowed I would have marked the full 5, will definitely be going back to fair haven, lovely little find"

"The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good."

"Great location and they let us park for the morning of our arrival although check in was at 3pm. Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast service. Will visit again."

"Breakfast was excellent, location is good. We are a family and they put us in a 3 bed room so great for the kids. Only negative was the shower, low water pressure and not very hot water. Would stay there again."

"I stayed in one of the ‘chalet’ type rooms overlooking the car park at the back of the hotel. The woman on reception, when checking in, wasn’t particularly friendly- no warm welcome! The room really needs updating/decorating. A half eaten pear was on the decking outside, the Roman blind in the room was half hanging off and the room was quite dark so I couldn’t even let in more light, some cob webs in the bathroom and no welcome/info folder in the room which you normally would have with details...

"Had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Old hotel. Food was good. Three issues: bed was uncomfortable; tap water was not recommended for drinking with the hotel providing carafes of water to take to your room; and parking spaces are quite limited."

"We had a lovely time there , we will definitely come back !! 😊"

"Nice place to stay, it is a bit tired but it didn’t bother us. The room was great with two kids. Ideally located"

"So lovely here the hotel is great all staff are so lovely will defo return next time i will ask for a bath in the bathroom as i did struggle with shower as i have disabilities but it was 2 late for me to get a room like that but thats my fault not theirs. The restaurant in there is on point had a lush steak n garlic mushrooms also crumble for pudding also was lovely and the breakfast was also fab the staff work hard in there and got to say prices at the bar are the best ever and we played bingo...

"Our four nights stay was flawless. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfasts were a great start to the day. At every point and interaction the staff were friendly and top-notch. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend the hotel."
