"Check-in was not great. Seems their system's integration with Hotels.com is faulty, and so they did not see we had booked 2 King rooms with beach access (i.e. ground floor facing the ocean). In the end, we had to settle moving to a 1 king room and 1 twin room, since 2 Kings with beach access weren't available.
Beyond that though, our stay was pleasant. The hotel and rooms are quite dated (90s look) but the grounds and facilities are fantastic - 3 different pools, golf driving range, a dive...

"The place is amazing. Excellent view to the beach.
House keeping was not good. Even tough we have been out the hole day, nothing has been done in our room!
Also, they did service to our room, they forgot to remove the old stuff.
The crew is very nice, however very slow to react to any of your request.
Overall a good experience, but we will definitely never use this hotel agin. "

"Overall, the property was beautiful and the options of multliple beaches were too good. Staff was very friendly.
The pool was maintained well. The pool bar was the real highlight and the staff there was really good.
We had issues with the room Air conditioning as it was not working well at night.
Also, one of the pool was under maintenance.
Dining in options could be improved. "

"We had the poola villa and it is absolute amazing.Staff is great, amazing service stunning location and landscape.The combination between modern and nature is fascinating. The only downside are the prices at the bars and restaurants. EG 17 Euros for a Heineken at 0.33ml. Other than that great all the way."
