"My comforter was stained with something red like cool aid or candy, or blood. I called the front seat and they said they would bring me a new one. They did not offer to move rooms nor did they offer to change the bedding. About 45min later they brought me some new bedding. When I looked at what the brought it was only sheets, no comforter. "The property is a very nice Golf resort property. It’s a distance away from downtown. I got in after midnight and there was no soap in the bathroom nor was there any bottled water available in the room? "Overall the stay was ok and met the basic needs. The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly and overall the hotel is in need of maintenance and repairs to things like the carpet and walls. The pool was ok but the hot tub was gross. An oily film and floating globs of hair were seen. I needed to use the washer/dryer but very quickly changed my mind when I noticed hair build up and gunk on the inner ring of the washer/dryer. "Good place to stay with pets. Has a large field next door for pets to go potty. Beds too stiff for my taste but that works for some. They do need to give more than two towels especially if guests ate staying 5 days. Cleaning crew came in 1 time in a 5 day stay and no not because of door tag. Overall it was good for the price."
