"I went to Atlanta for a World Cup game and could not have been more pleased with this hotel. It was 5 minutes walking to the stadium through a fantastic shopping center and then through a beautiful park. The hotel itself was elegany and my room was huge. I did not purchase breakfast at their restaurant but saw it was available. Instead, I bought simple food items and coffee at their hotel lobby shop. The staff was super friendly. The rate was very reasonable! I would definitely stay again!"

I was told that the hotel staff had to clean more towels so we had 2 small wash clothes the entire 3 days . Unacceptable ! "Very disappointed travelled with children and had to cut my trip short has there was sharp item sticking from carpet maintenance service had to come to use pliers to remove object … please be careful to inspect rooms and carpet for any sharp object embedded in carpet … would not recommend this hotel due to my experience and it ruining my kids and I vacation"

We called housekeeping several times to clean our room, but it was never properly cleaned. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room, the staff, the energy to help at all times were top notch. I forgot my passports in the room safe and 1 day later they were mailed back to me! Communication was immediate and pleasant. I also enjoyed the food at Zephyr, especially the salmon and crab cakes! I will definitely be returning to Hotel Phoenix!"
