"Birthday Bliss – Rainbows, Relaxation & a Spa for All Weathers Stayed for a birthday treat and it couldn’t have been more magical! Even with mixed weather, the spa was perfect—steamy outdoor pools with stunning views of Windermere, and cosy indoor thermal rooms to warm up in. We even saw a rainbow over the lake while relaxing in the hot tub! Staff were lovely, the food was great, and the whole place felt like a luxury retreat. Rain or shine, Low Wood Spa is a dream. Can’t wait to go back! 💗"

"Stay here a couple of times every year and always good. I must give special thanks to the reception, whom I had to phone when completely lost due to major roadworks in Carlisle City Centre. I received clear and precise directions that enabled me to get to the car park. I would otherwise STILL be driving around Carlisle. "

The showers are far to hot for me, but my friend loves them, so its a personal thing, but they dont really go any cooler than Moulton Lava! Breakfast was amazing value for money and exceptionally tasty, the staff are all friendly and helpful. "The most amazing anniversary stay. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is in an amazing location with a lot of hikes nearby. The hotel room we stayed in had a hot tub in and it was lovely to relax. We attended the spa as well which was gorgeous!"
