"Room carpet needs a shampoo clean but otherwise all good, great location"

"I imagine that in winter they have more activities. But besides the fact that the entrance at 4:30 and the departure is at 11:00 AM, there is not much to do in the facilities. In other words, it is a hotel to sleep like anyone else."

"The resort itself is lovely. We had the unfortunate assignment of a room that had little to no Wi-Fi and was very damp. There was a dehumidifier running that was constantly full, so that was a task I didn't expect on vacation. Access to the room was difficult as the walkways were slippery with gravel, sloped, and uneven. I did request a different room but was told nothing was available. The room itself was okay. "Our condo was lovely. We had a lower level (which is nice for carrying things in, but the view of the lake is blocked more by vegetation), one bedroom--king bed with a jacuzzi in the room. Lovely kitchen (large, nice appliances, well equipped), a dining room with a table for 6 (we used the table to do the 1,000 piece puzzle found in the closet along with other boredom-busting games like Monopoly), a large living room with sofa bed (our teen slept on it--seems like a queen size) and easy chair/...

No AC (it was so hot in the room), no screen on one of the windows (letting bugs in), and the shower head was about 3 inches too low. Screaming gulls in the morning so had to shut the window. Little rustic in a few spots, but other than that, I will definitely be rebooking and returning to stay there again.
