"Experience was flawed by the lady in charge at check in who was not in the mood to be there. Was adamant i didnt have VIP access, denied me the free daily breakfast so i had to pay for that and was unfriendly in general. She did not inform me of any deposit for later deduction of any services billed so i had to pay for everything including minor things such as a cup of coffee which is annoying and a waste of time. Service is slow and inefficient whether it be check in, room service, pool side...

"I found the place rather confusing. The Uber driver couldn't find it and had to ask several people in the vicinity. There are no markings to indicate "Ngaliema Resort Club"; indeed the board with keys at reception has a different name on it. There's no lobby, just an office that might be open. "Den perfekte oase i midten af Abidjan på Elfenbenkysten havnede min søn og jeg i efter 15 timer i bus far Accra. Så det var en helt igennem fantastisk oplevelse at få 2 overnatninger på denne lille perle af Villa Hotel midt i Aidjan.
