"This was my favorite trip that I’ve ever taken because of how wonderful the hotel was!!! I will absolutely be coming back!"

"Really like this new brand by Hilton. Fun environment with really useful layout amenities. Football table, pool table. Nice size rooms. Nice bathroom amenities like shampoo and condition, great shower. And good breakfast for a hotel of this class."

"Went into my room and it was full of bugs, didn’t know ehat they were until I got a close up and saw they were baby roaches. Immediately left the hotel and never went back. Room smelled like cigarettes and just overall disgusting. Will never refer someone here"

"None"

"First room we were given was still not cleaned & smelled. Next room was clean but A/C didn’t work. Towels look to be 20 years old also. Breakfast not good either. Waffles that stuck to maker & couldn’t get out. Out of coffee & other essentials. I wasn’t the only one complaining either. Sorry we would not return !"

"Room was clean. Breakfast was just ok"

"Be aware. This property is not like the pictures. Carpet is worn down and literally falling apart. There’s no elevator and doors to the outside are not locked or secured. Room was dingy and worn down. Smelled like dog. The only decent thing was the front desk guy that was kind and helpful."

"Wasn't a fan of the bathtub being gross and the drain of the tub was sort of clogged. I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed being with my boyfriend"

"Nice room but loud noises all through the night people getting in and out of their cars People walking in the halls making noise"

"The place was clean enough it was just terribly run down! I expected more from a Baymont! I also explained a better breakfast! The indoor pool was very cold and not very clean! A huge disappointment for my daughter! The property itself just all together seem chintzy! And a $100 deposit is absolutely ridiculous! I have stayed in much nicer hotels with much cheaper deposits! We will be staying in Springfield quite often as my daughter is attending cedarville University and we won't stay at this...

"The front desk girl was delightful! The pool was ok. The breakfast was decent"
