"The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on."

Husband complained air conditioning kept needing to be reset for power & would only worked 5mins or so, room hot, dirty, hair on fresh towels, missing ceiling tiles, pealing wall paper, only slept at most 1hour during stay. Left to sleep in my car. Went to ask for my money back and no customer service agent available. Other customers also waiting with no service."
