"My husband and I stayed at La Quinta in Vicksburg MS for an anniversary getaway. When we arrived we were told that the elevator was not working, our room was on the 3rd floor. We decided to go ahead and stay. The next morning my husband (75) was having trouble breathing and going up and down the stairs. I spoke to Antino at the front desk, he said they could possibly move us to the 1st and that the manager would be in around 7, I could talk to her about getting us moved. I spoke to her ( Mikala) and she said she could get us moved if a room became available and to check with the front desk between 12 and 2. I checked back around 12 and was able to change rooms . We stayed Sept 18 thru 21 and enjoyed sightseeing around Vicksburg . Very big THANK YOU TO ANTINO, MIKALA, KIANA AND OLIVA for all the help with changing rooms and dinner suggestions Sunday night"
