The Locale Hotel Grand Cayman
6/10 Okay
"The hotel room is big, modern and clean. My disappointment lies with the expectation of a resort hotel as advertised in the photos. It isn’t a resort hotel at all. More of an inn or like a lodge. I was charged $70 resort fees for 2 nights where there is no resort facilities at all. The hotel rate is pretty expensive for what you get."

Cobalt Coast Resort
2/10 Terrible
"Honestly ,The Cayman Islands , Grand Cayman is especially is a beautiful Island . Have been there so many times and I have family there . This property is nothing like what it is posted . The hotel staff is non existent , the restaurant attached to the hotel had to help us . I will point this out the restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel at all but they went out of there way to help my grandmother and I . The room is way overpriced for the size we spent eight thousand use for square box and a washroom . No checked in on us and even greeted us , like I said the staff is non existent no one there . A crack house in Detroit is cleaner and has a lot more to offer , please stay far away from this place "

The Grove
8/10 Good
"To start, let me first say I would stay at the Grove again. The place is well kept, beautifully decorated and quiet. The bed is super comfy and the shower has very good water pressure.
The only thing I think is important to know is that the pictures on the listing are not an accurate representation of The Grove Too. It is still under construction and there are no restaurants, bars or game room. The bathroom also has only 1 sink rather than 2.
The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are on the rooftop along with sunbeds and sofas. There is no BBQ.
You can walk a little to get to The Grove, where the site is complete with restaurants, café, small grocery store, gym (you need to pay 175$ per week or 50$ per day even though it is part of the site and you are renting there).
The cutlery and plates/glasses are limited (4 of each) so using the dishwasher is not really possible unless you run it with only a few items. There is salt and pepper but you will have to buy everything else that you need (including dish soap, body wash, and detergent which are not included).
That being said, it is a few steps from the best stretch of the beach and you can take endless walks, sit in the chairs and use the parasol that are offered with the condo as well as the cooler bag for picnics on the beach.
Overall, we had a great stay and I would go back again, all things considered."

The Reef Beach Resort - All Inclusive - East End, Grand Cayman
6/10 Okay
"My husband and I liked the location - East End - for the quiet and distance from touristy West End. We also absolutely loved the food. We purchased the package that included all meals and drinks, and we were never disappointed with the selection at meals or with the quality of all offerings. Neither of us is a "big drinker," so we did not drink often while there. When we did, however, we both found the cocktails very, very weak. We thought this must be because we were "drinks included" guests (as signified by our conspicuous wristbands). Our room on the ground floor opened onto a patio facing the beach. That cannot be found everywhere, and it was a big reason we chose this property. The views are spectacular. Unfortunately, this beach was not conducive to long walks since it smelled pretty bad due to the large amount of seaweed washed up. Even though the managers trucked it away each morning, the seaweed was relentless. We did not let it keep us from the beach, but this definitely soured the experience. The free-roaming chickens were cute, sometimes annoying, but always a conversation starter! Lastly - we did not realize there would be a sales pitch to buy into the property through time share. That was awkward and unwelcome. All in all, we are glad we visited Grand Cayman. If we return, though, we will look for another resort."

Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing and staff were fabulous !!"

Governors Village Seven Mile Beach Corridor
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, the rooms are so very clean, and spacious. Food was great at the Cafe. The beach is walking distance and close by. The grocery stores and liquor stores are also nearby. The staff are amazingly attentive and friendly. I am definitely coming back."

The Reef Beach Resort, East End, Grand Cayman
10/10 Excellent
"This was our first return trip to Wyndham Reef and really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and laid back which is exactly what we like. Rooms are neat and tidy. Used the gym the first time this year and was really great. "

Grand Cayman Marriott Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel had clean rooms, nice pool right on the ocean. Several restaurants with good food. Our favorite was the Beachfront Restaurant. Wait staff comes around and serves drinks at the pool or on the beach.
Nice sandy beach. They have inflatable rafts to sit on out in the water. They also have bikes you can use for free. You can walk for miles down the beach.
The location is great. It's located close to the airport. There are several restaurants right across the street that you can walk to. Pepper's was our favorite.
They have free Wi-Fi that worked very well in the room. It was a bit slow for Zoom calls in the lobby. But just fine for emails and surfing the web.
Overall, we had a great experience, and we definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. "

Regal Beach Club
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect place, very spacious and great views of the beach. We were a family of 4 and the place could not been better. Will definitely come back. Very close to great restaurants. "
