"used towels in the pool area seemed to not be removed just more added. Not once was the trash or towels were changed out in our room for three days. Yes I could have requested more or to have the trash removed but I only saw the cleaning staff once on Sunday afternoon and I was there for 4 days"

"I didn’t like that there was no booklet explaining the features of the hotel in our room. I had to call the front desk to ask how to connect to the wifi."

"Dirty with stains on the sheets and bedspread. I didn't even want to lay on the bed. I slept with a sweatshirt (hoody) and sweatpants on top. Hair in bathroom and not even swept. Disgusting."

"Centrally located with a friendly staff and great gym and restaurant"

"Clean big room, however toiletries are empty and no free breakfast."

"The room was dirty and many stains everywhere. The towels were falling apart and yellow. The whole place smelled like weed. It was disgusting."
