"The hotel was in a good location and the bus stop was right outside of the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and our room was upgraded due to an event that was taking place at the hotel. We had a nice view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby looked very nice. However, we were placed on a floor where there was tape and sheets on the floor and it wasn’t presentable for guests; it looked neglected and that they were in the middle of renovations.
