"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was beyond friendly too. Only wish that the breakfast was set for a long period of time. We stayed during a weekday, and breakfast was over at 9:00. We didn't make it in time. Otherwise, a great a experience. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Beautiful river view! We loved the house and the easy access to the river along with the gorgeous outdoors. The rental company was very responsive when we had any questions. The only downside was that the king size bed needs replacing. It was super soft and squeaked if you just sat on it. Otherwise, everything was very clean and the floor plan was great!"

"Outside of the property very dirty. Surprisingly, even the entrance to the office glass door and surrounding glass and handle very dirty. Inside the entry way are to use machines could be cleaned. The whole area needs TLC. The one flight of stairs to the second floor all day yesterday and today at check out had what appears to be throw-up which was already spreading along the other steps. "Shower soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensing set up was not effective at all. The soap was completely empty and the conditioner was extremely low. Pool needed to be vacuumed."

"I had a terrible experience with the front desk guy assisting over the phone trying to get details for my reservation I wish I would have been able to get his name. I had to call corporate and get it figured out, he then lied to them saying he tried to call me back. But he only called back when the woman over the phone put me on hold and reach out to them. "Conscience of shopping and restaurants nearby, easy access on and off property to and from events! Continental Breakfast was NOT accessible, nothing was plentiful nor available! Coffee was like tea! Overall great place to stay"

"Room was ok but entire facility could be remodeled and updated. The tub in our room was clogged; reported it the first morning and was told a maintenance worker would show up while we were out; came back after being out the whole day to find the tub was still clogged. Reported it at 11 p.m. and they sent someone out close to midnight. Ended up having to switch to another room that was not equivalent to what we paid for.
