"Has gone downhill over the past few years"

"We paid 433.08 cents a night for this place. From the moment we got off the elevator on arrival to the moment we made final departure. Marijuana smell overwhelming knocked us down. Unfortunately. It was coming from the room right next to ours. Tried to call and make complaint. Got no answer from front desk. I've had better service at a Motel 6. With a lot less cheaper room."

"Great casino, great restaurants... the rooms were ok, had problems with temperature, or thermostat.. the room would not stay cool. "

"My favorite thing is they have a Dunkin Donuts. We liked that there were food options right there. We would definitely stay again."

"Property looks like it going thru some sort of renovation, but no one was working on anything. Night staff at check in was great. Breakfast was below average, and had no plates. A waffle has real trouble being eaten in/on a 4" styro bowl. Morning front desk guy says, "we're waiting on a delivery for them". My first thought, "isn't there a store close by"??"

"Carpet was soaked with water from air conditioning during the night. Room had mold smell. No shower curtain and only 2 towels and wash clothes for multiple night stay. The breakfast bar closed too early. Staff moved us to another room which was better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception area was nice but rooms needed updating."

"I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. "

"Room staff very attentive. Office staff were not. Tried to charge extra for early check in. Wi-Fi did not work entire stay. Staff made excuses about problem. Waffle maker was aweful."

"No pool, and the breakfast...well, the orange and apple juices were both warm, there was cereal no milk. And, there were only little honey buns, nothing else!! The coffee was ok but there was no regular sugar and no creamer. I was very disappointed 😞 My door to my room had to be slammed shut and pulled hard if you're trying to get out of the room. Bed was comfortable. The ice machine.....oh my, it smelled awful, couldn't use it for drinks, had to go to the store just for ice."
