"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

"Phenomenal. We stayed in many places all over Bulgarian coast, but wish we just stayed here the whole time. All return trips will be booked here, no matter the cost. Thank you!"

"For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service....

"A Five-Star Hotel? Hardly.
I paid approximately $3,700 USD for my stay at Grand Hotel Pomorie, expecting the standard and service you would reasonably associate with a modern five-star hotel. What I experienced was nowhere close.
The hotel is in a shocking state of disrepair and cleanliness. The hallways are dirty, the carpets are heavily stained, wallpaper is peeling, and there are stains on the walls and curtains. The room itself looked neglected and poorly maintained—hardly what one expects...

"Das Hotel wurde renoviert und meine Juniorsuite 207 war picobello. Sehr groß, sehr modern, gesamtes Interieur wirkt zeitgemäß. Alles da, was man braucht. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: je 5 Minuten zum Flanierboulevard sowie zum (relativ gepflegten) Stadtstrand. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war für mich absolut perfekt, würde hier wieder wohnen. ;-)"
