"Hotel strikes you on first sight as "older". We arrived in the afternoon and wandered around reception for 10 minutes after being told by a lady behind the desk it would only be a moment while the only other person on duty was on the phone. There was no one else in the property. I left, went back to the car and considered going somewhere else. Came back in, and was ignored while the two behind the counter had a conversation. "Tassie. Woth no effective heater. The heat pump in the reverse cycle air con wasnt working. And known by the porotery management team (in writing). Left with non fit for purpose oil heaters etc. After advising was left to try and get resolution through hotels.com who were blocked at any refund by the sites management.
