"I booked the rooms because it said the pools were open online, but they were not. They said they would open in a week or so. I was disappointed that the information online was not accurate. I really wanted to relax while hubby was out working on a job out of state in the area. Then I wanted to use the washers. The soap machine ate my coins and did not dispense anything, and the front desk did not reimburse me. I had to walk to a gas station for more change to wash, as the front desk does not...

"Could not use the pool while we were there. Had a slimy film on top of the water and the whole room had a very strong smell of chlorine. Windows in the room very thin and could hear all the traffic going by and the hotel is very close to a busy road. There was clothing found in one of our drawers and it wasn't ours so not sure how well our room was cleaned/checked. The staff were very nice and had a good breakfast"

"The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring."

"This is a nice hotel, walkable to campus. However, they tried to ignore my Expedia rate and book me in at a considerably higher rate. What was worse, I had prepaid an Expedia deposit which they had no record of. I was able to show them my email as proof. "This place was "fine". Double queen room did have a refridgerator and microwave which I don't believe that was on the website. The bathroom was old and needs a renovation."

"We like staying at hotels with spacious suites. This hotel was great. Our room was clean, the breakfast area was sparkling and the food was just fine. Very pleasant stay for my family. The outdoor seating area (where the grills are) could use a little refresher but we have no problem recommending this hotel (and my wife is picky)."

"The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. I got a handicapped room for some reason. I got out of the shower and all the water had went out. On the floor in the bathroom, other than that, it was a fairly good stay. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast wasn't too much, I guess that's what you get when you pay $83 coffee, Danish, banana or apple and cereal. I would go there again to save money, so we're going to f*** do I"
