"Ok I will start with the good. The hotel room was very nice, roomy and clean. The reception staff were very helpful and the cleaning staff were fantastic. I accidentally left some cash in my room and the cleaning staff helped me "organize" it and placed it nicely on the desk. Please note that the reception staff can help book tours and ferries for you but those must be paid in cash. The hotel is in a perfect location,right on the beach in the center of all the action. "We had a very enjoyable stay at North Zen Villas. The property is peaceful and beautifully designed, and the swimming pool was a highlight — never too crowded, making it perfect for a relaxing dip anytime.
One of us tried the massage and was very pleased with the experience. We also highly recommend visiting South Farm, especially if you’re traveling with kids — it’s well worth it.

"The property is not well maintain. Under staff. The room specially the ceiling has a lot of stain. No wifi. No tv to watch. The beach is not accessible. We and my family did not enjoy staying there"

"Ok, this property is not a resort, just a few rooms behind the bar.
I liked it due to location, right on Alona beach, within steps of multiple dive shops, restaurants and suri suri next door.
Room was clean, newly remodeled, beautiful bathroom, roomy with sink, mini fridge and hot plate. Pool looked ok, but never used it.
