"Enjoy the stay."

"We got in late - the overall feel and cleanliness were below par. Once we got to our room the kids could not bear the smell - it was bad enough the staff did not even push back (without even going, so they knew). It was bad enough I asked them to cancel the room and drove another hour to find a hotel. I am surprised Wyndham allows this owner to use the badge, I doubt I will trust a Wyndham again."

"Our bathroom wasn’t clean upon check in. The front desk was apologetic and said they would clean it but upon returning it was still dirty even though housekeeping had been there because there were new towels."

"Bad, bad and bad"

"This property was available and conveniently located while on our trip. We have always enjoyed our stays at Hampton. We decided to give this one an opportunity to impress. This property was excellent. Absolutely would stay here again. 10 stars."

"This BnB is gorgeous! The house amazing, beds are comfy, and my room was huge! They provide nice robes. I did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast, so I cannot speak to that. The house is set back off the road, is very quiet & peaceful. Staff is really nice. They are having some work done on the front of the house, but that did not bother me at all. I would love to stay here again."

"The room I stayed in had a terrible odor the shower had hair in it when I got there. I stayed 2 nights and on the second day I asked for towels and the front desk clerk said she would send some up I asked twice never received any. Oh and there breakfast ends at 9:00 and most of the other hotels owned by the same people are open till 10 the only thing nice about the hotel was the pool was clean and it’s close to Claytor lake"

"House was very clean with a well appointed kitchen. Great space for a large family with room to spread out. We love being beside the beautiful creek. "

"Very nice house right on the lake. Lots of areas to sit/eat outside if it’s nice. "

"easy to find"

"Hotel is a rip off so is Expedia"

"The roof was spacious, but smelled a little of urine. Breakfast was sparse, only hot food was gluey sausage and gravy. Disappointing"

"The property is difficult to find your way. It's like 3 or 4 different buildings shoved together. The breakfast was sad. Coffee warm, orange juice watered down."

"Outstanding stay"

"I would give the place a zero if that was available. Water coming into the room under the ht/air unit. Bathroom sink loose. Toilet didn’t flush had to take tank top off to make it work. Seat in shower had 1 screw securing it. Required 6. Bed was ok. Tv was good. Won’t be staying again."

"The air conditioner in the room smelled and made crazy sounds, probably need a good cleaning, the bath room was not the cleanest, Staff was great, No hot food at the breakfast. Room pretty small,!"

"The floors in our could have been cleaner."
