Service at check-in was quite slow, with nobody around for the first 30 minutes after my arrival when I found myself all alone. I told her I did not order anything, but she still kept knocking the door. By the way, people in this hotel was very friendly and helpful."

"The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel."
