"The room was extremely clean, air conditioning was ice cold, beds comfortable and clean! The staff was absolutely next level. Extremely helpful and very friendly! The building itself is very unique, with its neon exterior and impressively designed interior! Has a restaurant & bar, places to lounge and relax; with comfortable lighting at every corner. Perfect unique place to stay for road trippers or anyone near 40! Knocked it out of the park!!! 11/10"

"The staff here were kind and helpful. They had a shuttle that dropped off at the airport and also picked us up from the rental car company. They were friendly and helped us with any need we had. Now. The room was so disgusting. A layer of dust on everything. Stains of what looked like blood on the couch. The couch frame was wrecked. The carpet had wrappers on it. If you like good staff and a shuttle service around a 2 mile radius. This place will suit you. If you worry about a clean place....

"Valet was excellent! Estephanie and her team were amazing and kind. Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39. Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash...

My only suggestion is to ensure that an electical outlet/usb plug is available on both sides of the bed. My room had only a plug on one side."
