"Nice hotel, very new, clean. I did a few self check in hotel and this one is relatively clear and easy for the whole check in, check out and digital key system control. Restaurants in the same building which is convenient."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the beautiful town of Giubiasco by a green centra piazza and was excellent for exploring nearby Bellinzona and easy to get into Lugano. Friendly staff, a spacious and clean room with nice decor. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal and glass of wine at the restaurant too. Very happy with my short stay ."

"Well first problem I have been double billed once by expedia and then second by the hotel. Took over an hour waiting for entry to the room. The Wifi didn’t work. the television didn’t work and the assigned parking wasn’t assigned. The room was very clean and the appliances state of the art. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t enjoy not having a person to speak with and every response was that they would pass in on to the local staff but nobody was there."

"Abbiamo trascorso sei giorni all’albergo Lauro e siamo rimasti contentissimi del tutto. Un personale molto ospitale e gentile, una camera pulitissima, un parcheggio comodo e una piscina per rinfrescarsi. La colazione propone una larga scelta di cibo di ottima qualità. Lo consiglio sinceramente per tutti quelli che vogliono visitare questa bella zona del lago di Como, un po’ più alla larga dei paesini sovraffollati."
