"Staff the lady in customer service she was not good the man was very helpful . The lady have bed aditoer not good"

"Room was in good conditions but width was too small. Bathroom has only 4 liter electricla heater so hardly one bucket can be filled up. Atleast 20 or 25 liter eletrical heater shoud be installed. Hotel is in a commercial complext so too much garbage outside before you enter into elevator "

"Glass door was broken, bedsheets and pillow covers are very bad. "
