"Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

"Hotel has great staff! When booking the room I indicated 3 people (2 adults and 6 yo kid). I paid for the kid as well, thinking that this would be payment for all extras in relation to the kid, but turned out that this was just breakfast and in general the room with king size wouldn’t fit 3 people! The staff was kind enough to resolve issue immediately, offering the room with 2 queen size beds, which is same cost. In general, nice hotel, nice breakfast."

"This is a fantastic hotel. Very comfortable and warm room. We had an amazing time at your hotel! The pool area was fantastic, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. The spa services were outstanding, and the view from our room was breathtaking. We also appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives implemented by the hotel.I will certainly be back"
