"This is a refurbished "grand hotel" that has been restored to give the feel of the original construction with modern updates. It's clear that some fixtures were chosen for budget provisions. All in all it works. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. A major priority. The staff was very nice, like it seems everyone in algeria. The location is central and desirable to me for that reason."

When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking.
