"The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless. The temperature in the room was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The beautiful beach is directly across the street. The only negative is that it is near a waste water treatment plant and depending on the way the wind blows the smell can be pretty bad but applies to all the hotels in the area. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property."

"Nothing beats Aruba in general. First time there and cannot wait to go back. Rooms were a little dated and not what they show on their website but you’re barely in the room so wasn’t a big deal. It’s clean and you sleep. They only clean the room once a day (no turn down service) have to request extra pillows and towels but they come right with it. The beach is a 10/10. Pools are basic but we spent all our time at the beach because of the constant breeze and gorgeous water. Food is delicious and lots of options with having the tamarjin side. No swim up bars at the pool also another reason we just stayed at the beach. Wish the bar opened at 10a vs 11a because I would like my bloody with bfast or right after. You can also tell other guests felt the same way because the bar gets swarmed right when it opens up. They don’t serve liquor at the buffet since the bar isn’t open. Overall amazing trip and definitely will be back. "

"I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Aruba and had a great experience overall. The property feels very new and well-maintained — everything was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing during the day. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large variety of options, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. The all-inclusive setup was smooth and well-organized, making the entire experience feel effortless. Beach access is also super convenient — there’s a short tunnel that takes you directly to the resort’s dedicated beach area, which felt private and easy to reach. One small suggestion for improvement: the elevators don’t have floor numbers displayed clearly, which can make it a bit confusing to know which floor you’re on. Aside from that, everything else was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"I love the hotel and people. I would improve on the food and get a male massager. Some women prefer male massage instead of women and the jacuzzi could be hotter. "

"Did not have the airport shuttle in my package. The taxi for 3 people was $30 one way. Be careful when selecting AI packages. I accidentally chose signature, which did not allow us to have even a drink at the other resorts. And our wristband could not access the bathrooms there either. Although we were allowed to use the other facilities beaches and pools. Did not work out so good without a drink or bathroom."
