"Auf den ersten Blick ein Luxuriöses Hotel beim genaueren betrachten leider das komplette Gegenteil. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, überall sind Schimmelflecken auf der Tapete zu finden bzw. ist diese an diversen Stellen bereits kaputt. Der Fußboden ist abgenutzt und in den Ecken ist Schimmel zu finden. Die Fenster am Gang wurden gefühlt seit monaten nicht mehr geputzt und auch die Abflüsse weißen Schimmelspuren auf. Im Zimmer ist ein modriger Geruch wahrzunehmen der ohne einschalten...

"We had a wonderful time and the highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the infinity pool. The rooms were spacious with a super comfy bed and pillows. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were plentiful and tasty. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager was always available and so kind. All the bar staff were delightful. Mahinda, Ashoka, Kaveesha, Sumithra, Jinuka. Thanks for a fabulous trip."

"Terrible hotel experience. Room was dirty on arrival. Asked for it to be cleaned again but was still dirty. Trash in the shower, dirty bed sheets and towels, hair in the toilet/sink/floor. Moved to a new room which was much cleaner. Lots of mosquitoes. Annoyingly few plug sockets. There was a dog barking outside all night and no sound proofing. I didn’t sleep a wink. The owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. Communication both during and before the stay incredibly difficult. Common areas and...
