When I hear Radisson I think quality, comfort and fresh. This hotel is a bit outdated, like it already have had its golden years, but its clean and staff very friendly.

A nice place

The room was decent, nothing special for the price charged. I thought breakfast was expensive for what it was. However, the room was clean and the people were friendly. Was also great that it was right next to the train station.

A special mention for Tobias who offered very good customer service as the Duty Manager. He was warm and friendly and tried his best to resolve issues. He organised a dinner booking at an external restaurant including the taxi booking.The curtains in the room were tatty and dirty. The water in the room was not replaced on our second day.Thank you.

Been here many time, as it’s one of 2 hotels in town and the other doesn’t have a bar. The temperature in the rooms cannot be adjusted. And the thermostat is set to very high. Its always been like this and complaining didn’t fix the issue. Bar service is very slow, they can disappear for 10 mins at any time. But they friendly and helpful however.

Schöne, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommeZimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, ich würde wieder hier buchen. Am Anreisetag gab es einen Wasserrohrbruch, das Personal war sehr bemüht, die Schäden schnell zu beseitigen.
