Hi Mark,Thank you for your review.Chimnea Smoked? was it wood burning or it has ashes? Housekeeper cleaned the Chimnea if it's needed. It has been raining in the desert, it caused wet the chimnea and wood.Hot Springs tub? Our hot springs water is coming out straight from ground (120 degrees) however we have cool hot springs water (85 degrees). There is an instruction "How to use the tub" on the wall by the jet. It's a simple, if you had more questions, just replied our text, unfortunately you never did.
