"Overall, a decent stay. Word of warning, if booking on Hotels.com, do not select to pay extra for the breakfast! I paid ahead $40 extra for breakfast for four people, only to find out at the hotel that breakfast is free no matter what, and no matter who you book through. Front desk said I needed to take it up with Hotels.com to fix. I contacted Hotels.com customer service and due to the breakfast fee not being itemized, and it being rolled into my overall fee, they said they couldn't do anything about it. They stated Hilton wants them to add the breakfast fee option to cover those booking 3rd party. Basically, got the run around from both institutions. Best reconciliation I got was some OneKey Cash for a future stay, and it wasn't even the full $40. I felt scammed. Also, I need to read the fine print closer, it says "pool available". There is no pool there, but you can walk next door and use the pool at the hotel next store. Not end of the world but was a surprise to us. We also had a leaking toilet in the first room, moved to a second room and sink was very slow to drain. At that point I didn't want to move rooms again so let the front desk know for when we checked out. I can't say confidently that I'd stay at this hotel again. Overall okay, nice decor, decent continental breakfast (not worth the fee I had to pay though), thankful there was a pool option at least and rooms looked nice and beds were comfy. Maintenance staff was very nice as well."
