"Great for short stays!"

"Stayed four nights, but didn’t get around to using the spa unfortunately. The hotel is nice, and made a change from the chain hotels I normally stay in, but it was about the same price at this time, so why not. Reception staff were nice. Chambermaids were polite and helpful."

"Turned up 30 mins after booking and was charged a “late check out fee” cos I checked in after a certain time but there was no mention of this on the website and it was actually booked after the time they stated!"

"The property location was convenient. Loved that it was at the center of everything. However some updates are needed. The lift was not working and staying on the third floor became very exhausting . Some issues with insects had to be relocated and did without any hassle. Breakfast was unavailable. Would have liked a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Just to heat leftovers. Had to toss a lot of food because of this. All in all the staff was friendly. And assisted whenever they could."

"Fabulous B&B - team were so helpful and accommodating. Will definately stay again!"

"La habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue amable, nos incluyeron el desayuno ya que está en remodelación el restaurante"

I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

"We stayed at Littleover Lodge for 2 nights in the mezzanine room with our toddler whilst visiting family in the area. The room was huge, albeit a bit basic, with a downstairs area that was great for our toddler to play in, and the hotel provided us with a travel cot for him. Everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are a bit dated and are maybe due a bit of TLC, but it doesn't affect the experience. We were in the room right next to the pub and couldn't hear anything, even on the bank holiday...

"Spacious, clean and good value for money"
