"Nice hotel, beautifully decoration in lobby and common areas. Rooms on the small side do Chinese standards, but good enough. Furniture for me was reaching its life limit for me, but comfortable indeed. Short on facilities (just one restaurant) and if you want to have a drink at the bar, the challenge is to find a waiter as they are the same attending the restaurant and they need to run for one end to the other. Waiters however, really nice and helpful"

"Tucked away in a tiny village, this hotel is a true escape where the only sounds you hear are those of nature. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recover from the fatigue of high-altitude travel—peaceful, refreshing, and deeply calming. The property itself is expansive, set on beautiful grounds with a flowing river and a scenic lawn. I stayed in a stunning two-story detached Tibetan-style cottage, beautifully designed with an eye for detail and cultural authenticity—it was both luxurious and...

"Super hôtel moderne et super bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville et Shangri La ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, Rita est hyper serviable et parle couramment l’anglais ! À recommander vivement !"

"Un poco alejado de Dukezong old city"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast set served every morning was excellent and a great way to start each day. The location is fantastic, close to the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient Town and within walking distance of most attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the town. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. What made our stay even more special was the staff, who were incredibly warm, friendly, and...

"Bandu Inn is ideally located in Shangri-La, just a 10-minute walk from the center of the Old Town. The whole service team is exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional, always greeting guests with a smile. Xiaoya, the night-shift staff, helped us a lot with her outstanding service. The inn also offers excellent amenities and services, including luggage assistance, travel advice, and complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from and to the high-speed railway station. The rooms are very...

"Todo impecable , muy buena atención , 100% recomendable "

"As a Golden Retriever lover, the four big fur babies were already a huge bonus for me! But focusing purely on the stay itself: Room: Very spacious, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that make sunrise and sunset absolutely beautiful. The automatic toilet, Dyson hairdryer, and Bose speaker were nice touches and feel appropriate for the price point. A couple of minor downsides: the large windows can make the room quite warm during strong daytime sun, and there’s no active ventilation system,...

"Room 312 was great but 308 was poor. Toilet was broken. Faucet was broken. Shower was moldy."
