I understand the desire to have soft water, but it’s tough to feel like you got the soap washed off your hair and skin. Our shower drain was clogged so it was not only a bit disgusting to stand in soap scum while showering, but we were within a quarter of an inch from flooding out the entire bathroom. The person who checked us in wasn’t pleasant at all, not one smile or welcoming word. They also knocked on our door and called us on the phone 15 minutes before checkout."

"Our room was large, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. We had a coffeemaker, microwave, and mini-fridge. Because of the hotel layout, we had to carry our luggage a long way to get to our room. Also, the breakfast menu was exceptionally limited -- coffee, juice, fruit cup, and granola bar. Still, this property offers good value for money."
