When we areived around 6pm no one was at the desk and an off duty worker said he just stepped out a minute. I eventually went to the bathroom and he still wasnt back, waitsd about 5 more mins and was getting frustrated. The off duty worker looked outside to see if eh was there..no. he finally came and wasnt very apologetic.
The bathroom barn door recently put in wouldnt open enough and ee had to lift it to move it open. Told the desk manager but nothing doen about it. Also the electric sockets by the bed never worked. Very disappointed with this.
The breakfast service was fabulous and the girls working there super kind and helpful. The new coffee machines jept breaking down and they were always there to start them up again. Great team.
